Five years ago, standing on the edge of my Saturn return, I did the thing that many of us feel deep in our bones during that powerful astrological transit: I changed everything. The trajectory of my life and career took a turn I never could have predicted, but one that felt undeniably aligned with my soul. And so, Soul Fuel Wellness was born.

Back then, I was a woman with a head full of astrology and star wisdom, driven by an unshakable passion to help others reconnect with their truest, most authentic selves. I didn’t have it all figured out—none of us ever truly do—but I had a clear mission: to share the powerful, healing benefits of astrology and sound with as many people as I could.

Since then, I’ve had the absolute honour of working with over 4,000 people. I've become a published author, a podcast host, and have made countless connections that have enriched my journey beyond measure. Each session, sound bath, chart reading, and heartfelt conversation has reminded me that it’s never about the end goal. It’s always been about the path we walk, the energy we share, and the transformation we witness along the way.

Half a decade of refueling minds, bodies, and souls with astrology and sound is only the beginning.
